Tomalak

Tomalak is Jean-Luc Picard's personal rival. He commands the flagship of The Romulan Star Empire. His goal is to conquer The Federation and turn them into prisoners of war. Picard immediately suspected that The Romulans are building secret bases in Federation Space. He is unforgiving, and worked his revenge against both Picard and Romulan Admiral Alidar Jarok by pitting them against each other. Later, Tomalak's image was used by a space alien Barash in order to introduce him self to Riker. He appeared again angry at The Federation being at The Neutral Zone.
