Junkyard Kyle is a mechanically adept woman in a pink jumpsuit who runs a local junkyard.

In "For Whom the Smell Tolls Part Two" she has a Mad Max style vehicle in a garage she calls the Maxi Pad, where she also stores maxi-pad.
