Harry was raised by his stage magician father after his mother died when he was three. He didn't realize until he was eleven he had magic, real magic, talent. Soon after this discovery, Harry's father died of a heart attack and Harry was sent to live with his uncle, Justin Morningway. His uncle educated Harry in the magical arts with the help of Bob, a thousand year old sorcerer cursed to live out eternity as a spirit trapped in his own skull.
