Dino is the owner and operator of the Ocean Avenue Hi-Fi Emporium who was regularly annoyed at Gene playing with a drum machine with sticky fingers and no intention of buying it in "Drumforgiven". Because of this, he blocks him from doing so, but not before Louise swears revenge.
