The slightly more responsible, logical half of the Fairly Odd Parents. Wanda's got just as much enthusiasm, excitement, and energy as her husband.. but she's also got the smarts to make sure Viv & Roy understand that actions have consequences. That said… she knows when to ignore those smarts and just have a good time!
