Over the Edge

Shelby, Montana: a small town amid stark hard-scrabble land is home to the strange story of Walter Sullivan. Sullivan is a tax collector for the state of Montana, and one morning he's doing his job when he simply disappears. A missing person case quickly turns to a homicide investigation when his car and his body are found at the bottom of a ravine.
