It's semi finals week in the Hairy Bikers' search for Britain's best family of cooks. Their special guest is EastEnders actress Samantha Womack who plates up her recipe for spag bol.
The Bikers serve up a Middle Eastern spinach and feta fatayer and viewers can cook along to the 7 Minute Supper, chargrilled squid with chorizo and borlotti beans.
