An Appalachian couple is delighted when their neighbors return home after mysteriously disappearing for 10 years. But they've changed, for the worse, unleashing a campaign of endless intimidation and harassment that ultimately ends in a bloodbath.

These people were completely unhinged and mentally unstable and the police and local govt did nothing- the cop at the end was incredibly self righteous. These people were terrorized but the cops were so quick to pass judgment that the other people were in the wrong. Not even sure how that man received the sentence he did with all the neighbor testimony and evidence of his neighbors mental instability. Honestly the whole neighborhood was relieved when these people were gone, you could tell from the way they spoke. Wow.
this is just another case of city and state govt's letting good citizen's get caught up in the craziness that people so often ask them for help but get turned down because the laws THEY PASSED without citizen input don't allow them to help those in need, but if anything like this show ever happened to the mayor or a council member you can bet your bottom dollar the aggressors would be in jail pronto, to me anymore it seems like tcity/town officials are taking bets on these scenarios to see which person snaps first and then to have a judge refuse their pleas for help that is definitely wrong these families could have been both saved if someone stepped in to help and not just said there's nothing we can do nice going city managers police judge and court employees and last but not least a big thank you to a neighborhood full of assclowns that where to busy to help out neighors that could have used it as you all saw what was going on and sat on your duffs just watching and probably laughing at the whole sorted mess.
