A mum and dad buy a piece of land in Stevenage in Hertfordshire in the hope of developing a pair of houses for their children, a couple who buy a top-floor flat in Motherwell in Scotland want to make a profit on the rent, and two young brothers buy a run-down house in South Normanton, Derbyshire, to add to a large property portfolio. All the properties were sold at auction, and Martin, Lucy and Dion meet the new owners to hear their plans.
