Ginny Buckley is helping a couple on a £450,000 budget who want to up sticks from Hertfordshire to make a new life in the Northamptonshire countryside, closer to their family.
The county was once the centre of footwear manufacturing, so while there, Ginny gets her foot in the door of a sixth-generation bespoke boot maker.
