Episode 15

It's the final day and Steph and Dom hand back control to the owners as they relaunch their hotel. But what have they learned from the week? And can they get that elusive five star rating from their guests? And to make matters worse, one of the guests is an undercover hotel inspector. In a last ditch effort they choose to offer a meet and greet welcome with drinks and nibbles, makeover a room into a Cornish love cove and take their guests for some extra special ice cream.
