Nebraska State BBQ Championship

For the barbecue pit masters of the Midwest, the Riverfest State BBQ Championship in Bellevue, Nebraska, is the event to hit! Fifty teams camp out for this one-day event, rolling in their RVs, smokers, and grills to cook up their best barbecue dishes. Fifty Kansas City Barbecue Society judges will decide which team takes home the title of 'Grand Champion'.
