Eye for an Eye / Dead End

In Louisville, Det. Carl Payne and the homicide team investigate the murder of a young man shot to death in the middle of the street in broad daylight. When a witness leads Payne to a suspect with one eye, he is surprised to learn what may have triggered the homicide.
