Antique Gun Heist; Ungrateful Goddaughter?

Unbelievable! The owner of the antique store failed to exercise DUE DILIGENCE and she ALLOWED the thieves to enter with a concealed item without checking it, she also allowed them to exit the store with a concealed item - the man's expensive antique rifle without checking it! The thieves didn't have to "sneak in through an unsecured window" as Judge Judy suggested - THEY WALKED RIGHT OUT THE FRONT DOOR UNCHECKED! Imagine, you walk into a store selling expensive designer suits from Italy, you walk in with a garment bag and say you just want to check for pants that match the color of your jacket then you load up on a couple free suits and waltz out! AS IF! No store anywhere allows you to carry a bag or backpack or something concealed in a towel into their business UNCHECKED, walk around and then exit UNCHECKED. The store owner is senile, the rifle owner is an idiot and Judge Judy always has a bad attitude when it comes to any issue that involves "GUNS!" Bad decision on this one. And the fact they managed to get into the case makes absolutely no difference at all, that is a moot point. If I were a dishonest person I would find that old lady's antique shop, walk in with a satchel full of sawdust and load up on antiques!
