"The Hills" star and fashion icon Kristin Cavallari is brought to tears as Tyler demystifies her brother's final moments. After an amazing reading in Season 2 with "Chrisley Knows Best" stars Todd & Julie Chrisley, Todd gifts a reading to his daughter Savannah who is left in tears when Tyler makes a connection to her beloved grandfather.
