In Cleveland, a young father is executed in his home and his family is terrorized by masked gunmen. Detectives believe the victim's friend holds the key to finding the killers, but he's nowhere to be found. Then, in Dallas, an innocent teen is gunned down with an assault rifle, putting detectives on the hunt for a dangerous killer.
