Jonnie Irwin and Laura Hamilton go head-to-head to help Des and Caline May, plus their 11-year-old daughter Amberley, to find their dream property. As Amberley is about to move up to secondary school now is the time to make the move, but where do they move to? Des is championing Alton in Hampshire with friends and family nearby, but Caline feels their future lies in the Valencia region of Spain. Jonnie is given a budget of £500,000 to convince Caline to stay in the UK, but it's going to be close as Laura tries to entice Des to Spain with three amazing properties costing up to £350,000.
