Retired history teacher Colin from Yorkshire has a long-held dream of owning a Spanish bolthole to enjoy regular getaways in the sunshine. Today Ben Hillman uses all his skills to find five properties along the eastern Costa Del Sol which he hopes will be perfect for Colin's £100,000 budget. Colin's best friend Clive also comes to help with the hunt.
