Officers with Oregon's Portland Police Bureau respond to a call that a 14-year-old girl and an adult male are having sex in a car, only to find that the girl is actually an 18-year-old prostitute. Meanwhile, an officer from Texas' Amarillo Police Department stops a vehicle in which he finds a female prostitute and a male driver in possession of drugs.
