The Keto part is designed to put the body into ketosis where it burns fat for fuel. The Vegan element means eating only plant-based foods. Can 19-stone Holly put her years of yo-yo dieting behind her? And will this diet measure up lb for £?

Sian Williams continues on her quest to find healthier cheaper alternatives to the Nations' favourite treats. This time she joins dietician Linia Patel to find out if cereal bars really stack up as a breakfast alternative and whether the low sugar version stand up on calories and cost.

They also look at the truth behind diet fizzy drinks – can they be part of a weight loss routine or will they actually make us gain weight?

And Dr Ranj will be looking at slimming creams – can they offer a quick route to a better body? Two plucky road testers put a tummy fix cream and a skin tightening serum to the test.
