Claire Moreno and her deputy Hubert de Montalembert investigate the murder of a student in Nice. The young man was discovered in the Nice library lying in the middle of a fake crime scene. Lise Lenoir, professor of criminology was at the origin of this montage to illustrate her course. It is difficult for the investigators to disentangle the real clues from the fake ones left voluntarily by Lise.
