June 2016 saw thousands of Irish football fans descend on France for the European Championships. Renowned throughout the world for their dedication, loyalty, wit and sense of fun, they were welcomed wherever they went while their exploits became YouTube favourites and were reported throughout the world. Peter Coonan and Lochlann Ó Mearáin were at the very heart of it all, travelling amongst the Green Army and discovering what makes the Irish supporters so special.
