Def one of the best episodes from the entire series, along with Dwight Worker's nightmarish episode in the Black Palace of Horrors from season 6 ! Both intense, rough, extremely realistic, gruesome and gut wrenching. They should seriously consider turning both episodes into proper 90/120 mns motion pictures, that would make 1978's Midnight Express look like some freaking walk in the park.
