After a double murder takes place in a small town, the team goes after the vigilante who relies on internet sleuths to exact revenge on suspects in the name of justice. Also, Jess and Sarah's relationship continues to grow, but not everyone approves.

Horrible screenwriting - the show opens with a hairdresser and her boyfriend being murdered by a deranged school teacher in PA. Part of her derangement was because one of the schoolteacher's students, and the student's boyfriend from the same school, had been killed six months ago in a Maryland town near a state park located near a small MD town. Yet two teenage boys in Maryland talk about how the murdered students had been their classmates, and suddenly the murdered hairdresser and boyfriend are from Maryland also, not PA. And the father of the murdered PA student is also the one directing vigilantes in MD. Total mess-up on where everything is occurring!
