Nine-year-old Kirill Botov from Chelyabinsk, together with his father Dmitry, as part of a tourist group of 18 people went on a hike to the Urals Ridge in the neighboring Sverdlovsk region. At the summit the boy's father, Dmitri, had a sharp pain in his leg, and his son was very anxious to get back to the base. Kirill left after the group. Dmitry himself came back to camp only three hours later. That's when he found out that Kirill had not returned to the base...
