Three pastry chefs take over a deserted Hersheypark overnight, and host Sunny Anderson challenges them to create zany chocolate and candy concoctions inspired by a mad scientist's lab. A middle school math teacher stays focused in the kitchen by using detailed to-do lists to keep ingredients in line. A former pastry teacher runs into frustrating follies with their main alien character, but a French chocolatier stays cool, calm and collected even when faced with troubleshooting broken isomalt. With the clock ticking down, the chefs must venture back out into the night to face off in a classic amusement park game to earn their candy for a tasty treat.
