Tsubasa Inuzuka is a fugitive from justice who claims he is innocent. While fleeing from the police, Tsubasa accidentally stumbles on Taro, Shinichi, Haruka and Tsuyoshi, who are unaware that he is Inu Brother, one of their companions.
