The ladies are on tour in Somerset and Dorset today, where Briony May Williams helps a buyer from London, with her daughter in tow for support, to realise the dream of a new life in the country.
Briony also visits a local kitchen to learn about the potential health benefits of fermented food whilst creating kimchi, an ancient Korean dish made using the humble cabbage.
