To face the European Commission, embodied by Carmen, the alter ego and sworn enemy of Eamon, as well as the formidable Dutch diplomats, who represent the Member States of the Council, there are Valentine, Samy and their team of arms broken. Suffice to say that the game is not won. And that's without counting on the efforts of lobbyists determined to stop the Blue Deal, with Rose in the front line despite herself.
