Four labourers working on a half-built house, which is a small, uninteresting and rather drab project, are pre-occupied with their dreams and ambitions. But Ken their foreman, an unpopular man, is determined to make them see that their dreams will never be fulfilled. He sets out to shatter their dreams, one by one.
