Jamil, Pace, and Rahima have to choose between a tiny house with almost no opportunity for ROI or a FRANKENHOUSE, which has a ton of space but a horrifying layout. The team needs to break down useless, existing walls or build up whole additions if they're going to make either property a triple digit flip.
