Part magic gravity, part inverted centrifugal force.
Whoever decided this is either incredibly dumb, or they meant to insult the viewer. Part of the ship rotates to simulate gravity, seems plausible at first until you notice that the gravity pulls towards the centre of the rings. And later they show there is gravity everywhere on the ship, not only in the centrifugal rings.
Didn't take me long at all to know that Lt. Spencer Lane is my least favorite character, that's for sure.
Yea, it's clearly badly made, but after few eps it can grow on you. It's a perfectly watchable show, if you get pass all those little things and low production value.
Not bad if you think it was made in the 70's. I get the same vibe like watching star trek tos running side to side or dr who alien costumes with zippers.
Even for a low cost Syfy show, this is surprisingly terrible.
"Starting today we have to expect more from each other, from ourselves...we have no alternative."
Implausible situation after situation. I had to stop watching when they just spread the superdirt on the floor. You wouldn't do that. You could also use hydroponics which would be much less water wasteful considering they didn't have much water. Bad writing.
