The Klondike Family makes a sudden attack on the palace. Leo and others have their hands full protecting Theodore and the royal family. Finn is apprehended by Owen on the account that he interfered with capturing Chris, and Chris drives off with Michel in the car. Then, Ban Klondike appears in front of Chris. Nhât, Sugar, Young, and Chelsea join the chase and the city is in absolute turmoil. Will High Card and Finn be able to stop Chris' X-Hand in time?

I have liked Anime since the 80's when I stumbled into the art form. I loved how Japan didn't condescend with animation and so much was adult, very adult in form and content. With complex storylines. Then by the late 90's and early 2000's America started importing "anime". But. of course America being America much of what was imported was the juvenile stuff. I decided what the heck. I will give High Card a chance. After the first one I was huh? This seems pretty good, I will hang in there. And sure enough a great story and characters unfolded and by episode 3 I knew I was hooked! And High Card has been renewed for another season! Can't wait.
In the meantime I will busy myself with another excellent series going into Season Two soon... "Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch From Mercury"...
