Dallas: Melrose

The Dallas zombie flippers purchase an outdated, ugly, and cheap investor flip with a poorly constructed garage to bedroom conversion. The challenge for Chauncey and Derek is to keep this flip within the a 45-day timeline and a $45,000 budget. But those goals quickly disappear when labor shortages and expensive plumbing and electrical suck the life out of their bottom line.
