Was going to pass on the series until I read the description of Daphne,an enigmatic consultant to Irish mobster Patrick Maguire, and she didn't disappoint. I came into this show hoping for a 5 at best, now having watched the entire season, I'd give it a 6.8. Seems like they were setting up a second season that would be a cross between Blacklist and Leverage, which doesn't sound all that great. This show could be infinitely better if they went a few shades darker by dropping the romance angle, comedic cons, and Emma's family, especially with this russian spy plot.
