Capt. Glenn is proud of the crew for knocking out a pride charter but has to deliver bad news - no turnover day before the final charter. After Gary learns of Mads' three-way kiss, he starts flirting more with Daisy, leading Colin to voice his concerns. Colin stirs the pot by throwing a gossip grenade that forces Gary to confront Mads in a way that has Lucy speechless.
