Peter helps a young vet perform emergency surgery on a sick spaniel, who they suspect has eaten something she shouldn't have. Rohin is shocked by a Siamese cat's sizeable problem. On a glorious Bank Holiday weekend, Julian's family barbecue is interrupted by a horse with suspected colic. But Matt and David's dogs should get to enjoy some tasty homemade treats, as the two vets attempt to cook up a canine birthday surprise.
