I don't watch this show for them just to cut away to a local news station for half the episode, I'd watch that local news station if I wanted to see it. This was nothing but a breathless speculation when nothing was known yet. Would have preferred to get a brief intro to the situation, then the actual news. And only come back to the situation once it was resolved to get specific details.
