According to this article from Variety, there will be a season 33 that comes in fall 2024.
Just got official confirmation from the press release that it is in fact three hours.
During the semi-finals episode on November 28th, at the end of the show Alfonso Riberio announced that the finale will take over all of ABC's primetime hours (so it sounds like it would be a three hour finale).
