The Senate will return Monday to continue negotiations on border security measures to grant wartime aid to Ukraine and Israel. The House has left for the holiday recess and will not return until January 9th. The Supreme Court will decide on the availability of the abortion pill mifepristone, a drug commonly used for medical abortions.
