This is the Devil's Island in the State of Florida. The mutagen has poured into the water on those 4 frogs and turned them into the Invasion of the Punk Frogs. Master Shredder will get dressed, Oroku Saki in casual clothes will head to Florida and give the Invasion Punk Frogs a new clothes. The frogs names are Attila the Frog, Genghis the Frog, Rasputin the Mad Frog, and Napoleon Bonafrog. This was named after Attila the Hun, Genghis Khan, Grigori Rasputin the Mad Monk, and Napoleon Bonaparte.
