This is their old friends the punk frogs. Attila the Frog, Genghis the Frog, Rasputin the Mad Frog, and Napoleon Bonafrog from the State of Florida. This is the first appearance of Leatherhead. In this episode, both Donatello and Bebop are voiced by Greg Berg instead of Barry Gordon. Master Shredder is voiced by Dorian Harewood instead of James Avery.
