Having acquired their tissue samples in My Neighbor Was A Skrull, the Skrulls now have the technology to duplicate the abilities of the Fantastic Four. Unknown to the Skrulls, Commander Kl'rt, the genius behind the breakthrough, is actually getting help from Ronan the Accuser, who is a Kree, the sworn enemies to the Skrull.
