GA V. Neuman: Death at Daycare

Hemy Neuman is accused of murdering Rusty Sneiderman in front of his son's Duwnoody daycare in November 2010. Sneiderman was married to Neuman's alleged lover, Andrea Sneiderman. Prosecutors claim Neuman murdered Rusty because of his intense love for Andrea. The defense claims Neuman suffered from a mental illness that led him to believe the Sneiderman children were his own and he needed to protect them from Rusty.
