Then only difference is that the Jedi can control the Force, through their actions and knowledge about it because they are trained and learned how to channel it and use the Force, but a Force-sensitive being cannot control the Force, they feel the Force and can possibly use it without being aware of what and how they are doing it. So basically aside from training you need to also have knowledge about the Force so you can understand how to use it properly.
