Richard and Kim bought their charming row-house 12 years ago, but as their family has grown, the home has remained the same. They are constantly battling the layout and storage in their house. It's time for Designer Hilary and Realtor David. Hilary and her team will work within the confines of their house to gain more space and renew the function.
