It was the end of the rainbow for meteorologist Joanna Donnelly tonight as she became the third celebrity to be eliminated from Dancing with the Stars. Speaking about her time on the show Joanna said, “I've had the time of my life, meeting this interesting, clever man (Maciej) He's just brilliant."
