In cold weather, most of all I want to create an atmosphere of warmth and comfort. Alexander Belkovich knows how to do this with dishes and will teach you the same thing! Together with the chef, we cook draniki with turnips, bacon and mushrooms, meatballs with eggplant, chicken with cabbage and kumquat, and for dessert we will make gingerbread cheesecake.
