At least 18 people were injured when a Delta Regional Jet appeared to overturn on landing in Toronto. All 80 aboard were evacuated, NBC's Tom Costello on the just-beginning investigation. The death toll from weekend flooding in Kentucky rose again Monday as more storms lineup behind the region. NBC's NBC News' Shaquille Brewster reports on the race to get those still trapped to safety. The overturned plane in Toronto is just the latest in a string of high profile incidents. NBC News' Sam Brock takes a look at what's going on and how travelers feel about flying. Top officials from the U.S. and Russia will meet in Saudi Arabia this week to discuss ending the war in Ukraine. But Ukrainian officials will not be there, and President Volodymr Zelenskyy says no deal can be reached without their input. NBC News' Richard Engel reports from the Ukrainian city Kherson, where he spoke to people inside a bunker about how they view the negotiations. Nearly 300 FAA employees were terminated this weekend, according to a union that represents some employees there.
