This week's competition is in Cardiff, where the first host, 41-year-old campervan-loving Angharad, hopes to impress her guests with a true taste of Wales, featuring traditional soup, lamb and a vegan chocolate cake. Her guests are 36-year-old spiritual medium Charlotte, 42-year-old IT manager David, 51-year-old chiropractor Pete and 49-year-old police officer Claire.
